Exclusivity is the trademark of Hobe Sound Golf Club. Membership in the golf club is limited to 235 members, and the total number of single-family houses will approximate 110. The Joe Lee designed golf course has been sculpted out of a natural wonderland of wooded areas, wetlands and man-made lakes. Of the approximately 240 acres comprising the site, only 50 are devoted to housing - the balance comprise the golf course and its amenities. We have been extremely careful to preserve the natural beauty of the land. The members of the Hobe Sound Golf Club will enjoy the privilege of playing golf in a preserve of nature at its best.
The limited housing will all be single-family residences segregated to one area of the site so that the golfer is not playing on fairways surrounded by houses. In addition, the site is completely secured and 24-hour guard service will be maintained at its entrance. Each residence will be wired to a central burglar and fire alarm system located at the entrance guardhouse.
All owners will be members of the Hobe Sound Golf Club Property Owners Association. This association will maintain the common area, the guard service and basic cable TV of each residence.
